APO/FPO and Island Shipping Times

Which countries or regions are subject to shipment delays to APOs/FPOs/island areas, possibly taking 40–45 business days?

This product is manufactured in the United States. For special territories such as Australia, Canada, Mexico, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and other countries outside the U.S., shipping fees may be higher and delivery times may be significantly longer. Orders to these regions, as well as APOs/FPOs or remote island areas, can take up to 40–45 business days to arrive due to logistical and customs processing.

Where We Don't Ship

Which addresses do you currently not ship to?

Due to shipping restrictions and suspended services for Printed Apparel (US), we are currently unable to ship to the following countries and territories:

Parcel International Standard (PLY) / Packet Plus International (PKT):
Cayman Islands, Dominica, French Guiana, Guadalupe, Honduras, Iran, Libya, Martinique, Mauritius, Myanmar, New Caledonia, Nicaragua, Reunion, Somalia, Sudan, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkmenistan, Yemen.

Packet International (PKY):
Chile, French Guiana, Iran, Martinique, Myanmar, Reunion, Somalia, Turkmenistan, Yemen, New Caledonia.

Packet IPA (PKA):
Argentina, Bermuda, Botswana, Brunei Darussalam, Chad, Eswatini, French Guiana, Guadalupe, Iran, Laos, Lesotho, Martinique, Mongolia, Myanmar, Samoa, Seychelles, South Sudan, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.

What is your return and refund policy?

Because each hoodie, sweater, and t-shirt is made to order with a custom design just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been placed.
We take great pride in the quality of our products and craftsmanship, so if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
